EMET BORIC ACID REACTION AND FILTRATION UNITS PROJECT

We have undertaken the sales and applications of Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Installation, Fire Extinguishing and Automation works within the scope of "Emet Boric Acid Reaction and Filtration Units Construction Work" undertaken by the Unitek-Asos Ordinary Partnership within the Emet Boron Operations Directorate established in 1958 in Emet district of Kütahya.
The project is built on an area of approximately 768.000 m2 and the project duration is determined as 1 year.
Balıkesir/Gediktepe Mine Site Mobilization Project

North Macedonia Corridor 8/10d Motorway Project

As Lumidea Construction, we have supplied the project design and materials for the mechanical works of the Gostivar Camp Building project, which is being constructed by ENKA Construction in Gostivar, North Macedonia, which is 1 hour from North Macedonia Airport and 50 minutes from Skopje center. The project is defined as a Road Project consisting of an area of approximately 109 km.

As Lumidea Construction, we have undertaken the material Mechanical Contracting and Electrical works of the Marinala Sofia Hotel & Casino project, which is 20 minutes from Sofia Airport and 10 minutes from the center of Sofia, invested and constructed by Net Holding in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. We continue to operate as a partner with the YORK brand within the scope of the project. The project will be operational as a Casino consisting of approximately 5.000 m2 area.
Diamond Of Skopje

As Lumidea Construction, we have undertaken the sales and applications of Split, Multi Split and VRF works of four Residence blocks with a total of 20 floors, four parking lot blocks and shopping mall section within the scope of Diamond Of Skopje project, which is undertaken by Limak Construction in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia. Within the scope of the project, we continue to operate as a partner with HITACHI and YORK brands. The project covers an area of approximately 42,000 m2 and includes the construction of a 300,000 m2 mixed-use complex consisting of four 20-story towers. It includes the construction of 1,000 apartments, a shopping mall, office space, commercial facility, cultural activities center, concert hall, parking lot and related facilities.
